Are your plates legal?

Yes all of our plates are Road legal, we are a registered number plate supplier. To make sure they are road legal we only produce plates which have the correct spacing/font and legal markings which conform to the guidelines set by the DVLA.

Do your number plates include legal details?

They certainly do in tiny writing at the bottom of the plates. The details are “LP LTD DY4 8DQ in the middle and BSAU 145e right side”. This is a legality as it means the police or authorities can check if they are genuine and your vehicle will pass the MOT check. We do not use this for advertising, that’s why we keep it so small.

Are documents required to make number plates?

Yes by law we do need to see proof of registration ownership and proof of your identification. For all acceptable documents please click on our valid documents page. How to get your documents to us will be emailed to you please make sure you check otherwise your order will be delayed.

Can you mis space my number plate?

To mis-space or mis-represent the digits on number plates is an offence under the Road Vehicles (Registration & Licensing) Regulations 1971. Be sure to enter your registration number as shown on your Tax Disc, Log Book (V5) or DVLA document V796 (available in pdf on the web). This applies to number plates only and not novelty plates (names etc …).

Your plates come with Warranty?

All of our plates come with a 12 months warranty as standard, this warranty covers letters/reflective/and the plate itself. If a letter becomes defective we send you a replacement letter not a new plate. If you drill the number plates warranty is void as drilling can cause damage to letters and the number plates, we provide you with a free fixing kit which should be used. If any damage has been caused on the plates by yourself or an external object/event then we cannot be held responsible.

What is your standard Shipping policy?

Shipping is free in the UK and we use EVRi to post all our plates, you will receive your order within 2-4 working days from the point we receive your original documents and payment. Shipping is tracked if you require a tracking number just message us.

Do you offer next day delivery?

Yes we have a next day shipping service, just choose the next day shipping option on checkout, this applies to only working days not weekends.

Short and sized plates legal?

All of our different sized/short plates are made accordingly within the DVLA rules set. We use correct fonts for the import and bike plates along with correct spacing. For shorter and shaped plates we make sure there is the correct spacing used between each letter and correct font size is used giving the correct dimensions all round on the plate.

Do you offer Refunds?

Due to this product being personally customised for each customer, we cannot offer refunds on them. If you request for a refund before the plates have been made then of course we can refund.

Can I have Custom bottom text?

Unfortunately, we don’t offer slogans, as this is not legal, we only print the required legal markings which is the bs number and our company details. Please note we print our company details as small as possible to keep a clean, fresh look for your plates.

Can I collect my order?

Unfortunately we do not offer collections on our plates.

Do you provide a fixing kit?

Yes we provide a premium set of Velcro pads with your purchase worth £5.99. These Velcro pads are very strong and residue free if they need to be peeled off. We have fully tested them and they are more than capable of handling our heaviest 4d plates. We also offer a free screw kit, please note we don’t recommend you drill your plates this can cause damage and will void any warranty.
