We offer border and flags if you do require these extras. We only use premium acrylic and reflective which conform to bsau145e regulations. To print on the reflective, we use premium thermal printers; once printed, we roll the acrylic and plate twice to make sure it gets the best bond. 3D gel plates are made using letters cut from a sheet which then have polyurethane resin applied to them, giving them a raised profile. This is why they are referred to as “3D” gel plates. 4D number plates are plates which have letters applied to them made from gloss black 3mm acrylic. These letters are cut to perfection using laser technology which then have a super strong 3m adhesive applied, making sure they stay bonded to the plate. 4D 6mm plates are plates which have letters applied to them made from gloss black 6mm acrylic. Pressed metal plates are made from durable aluminium sourced from Europe. We use a German hydraulic premium press and hot stamping machine to produce our plates, unlike some sellers who use a 2-layer peeling process. The difference in quality is non comparable. Classic pressed metal plates are made from durable aluminium sourced from Europe. These plates are only for classic vintage cars which have been manufactured and registered before 1980.
